Not all fluid applied flooring is the same! We prep our concrete to the standards of today’s commercial industries. With 5+ years in the commercial flooring industry we will provide commercial products with residential care.
All flooring systems we offer will be prepped with a dustless grinding system, including a HEPA filter or Acid etching, to get the best possible bond between your flooring and the concrete itself.

Dustless Grinding
Our Vacuum/grinder system includes 3 HEPA filters that provide a barrier between your garage and the top layer of concrete we grind off, this provides a bond that will last!
Systems grinding is used for:

Solid color epoxy
Acid Etching
For thinner systems that won’t fend off the grinder marks, we still have a way to open up the concrete for that Sayfe bond! We use a commercial-grade acid to etch the concrete and neutralizer to protect the integrity of the color you choose.
